New YubNub command: ddpo

I'm a big fan of YubNub. Some Debian specific commands are really cool, like dpts or debbug.

Still I was missing a command to go to the DDPO page of a given argument , so I just contributed my first command. Guess the name ....: ddpo.

E.g.: the query ddpo zack leads to http://qa.debian.org/developer.php?login=zack

I'll be happy when the first user will report that he guessed the ddpo command out of the blue!
