The list is obtained crossing the database of svnbuildstat.debian.net with the Vcs-* information extracted from Debian source files (unstable, sections: main/contrib/non-free). That (also) means that currently only packages maintained in subversion are considered.

If a package is listed in svnbuildstat but is missing a Vcs-Svn then it is reported in the list as MISSING_VCS_URL, together with the proper value for the Vcs-Svn field (i.e. the value used by svnbuildstat).

If a package is listed in svnbuildstat but has a different value for its Vcs-Svn then it is reported in the list as WRONG_VCS_URL, again with the Vcs-Svn field value (as known by svnbuildstat) and, after the "vs" string, the value reported in debian/control.

If a package is listed in svnbuildstat and has the same value for its Vcs-Svn then it is reported in the list as OK_VCS_URL, again with the Vcs-Svn field value (as known by svnbuildstat).
